CELEBRATING 20 YEARS AS AN OWNER & BREEDER!
Organized in July 1949, the Brazilian association & registry (ABCCMM) has set the standards of breeding quality through careful inspections of breeding animals. The “quality assurance” process with Provisional Registration from qualified ABCCMM registered parentage then an individual inspection of confirmation and gait under saddle for Definitive Registration at 3 years old or older. Once inspected, the horse is micro-chipped, a DNA hair sample is sent to Brazil and the signature (upside down horseshoe with M) brand is carefully placed on the horse’s right shoulder signifying authentic breeding stock. Rancho Linda Marchadores introduced the breed in California in 2001 with a single stallion, Batuque De Miami and was in the 2002 Rose Parade with Imported Bloodstock. ABCCMM promotes their National Breed as the Brazilian Saddle Horse.
